Description
* Detect compliance risks for material, event at the planning stage, provide appropriate guidance and consultation, and support to reduce risk
* Lead the improvement of internal business processes and discuss and coordinate with related internal departments.
* Have knowledge of industry-related laws and regulations, industry association rules, civil servants, and material review, and create and improve in-house business processes.
* Provide training to relevant departments on internal and external rules and processes
Profile
* 10 years of experience working in commercial function within pharmaceutical industry
* 3+ years of experience related to event /compliance planning or promotion auditing
* Sales experience in pharmaceutical companies
* Knowledge of the laws and regulations surrounding pharmaceutical companies, especially those related to promotion, and industry regulations
* Business level of English and Japanese
